New SMARTBoard Technology Throughout the Building
Thanks to the generous support of the school's Patrons, the Archdiocese and other committed donors Santa Maria now has a SMARTBoard in every classroom as well as the Computer Lab, Resource Room and Science Lab. These interactive whiteboards, have proven to be effective in engaging students in the classroom. Every teacher has access to at least one of these powerful teaching tools.

Spanish Program
This year the students of Santa Maria will be participating n a school wide Foreign Language program. All students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade will receive Spanish instruction once a week. Students will participate in an engaging curriculum that will develop their Spanish speaking and writing skills.
